Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (or "Terms") govern your access and use of OVIA and provide information about the OVIA Service (the "Service"), outlined below.

The OVIA Service

We agree to provide you with the OVIA Service. The Service includes all of the products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide with the mission of helping families to work together to improve their lives. The Service is made up of the following elements:

• Create and participate in activities that are relevant to the family.
• Challenge family members to engage in activities, persist with them and improve performance in them.
• Reward family members for their achievements with virtual coins that have no monetary value.

The Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It also explains how you can control your information. You must agree to the Privacy Policy to use the OVIA Service. You can access the Privacy Policy at here.

Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on OVIA platform. Also, you need to commit to a few restrictions in order to participate in the Platform activities. You can't impersonate others or provide inaccurate information about your age or location. As part of our agreement, you also give us permissions that we need to provide the Platform. You grant us a license to host your data and content in the servers that support the Platform. This license will end when your data and content are deleted from our systems.

Terminating Your Account

We can remove any information you share on the Service if we believe that it violates these Terms of Use, our policies or we are permitted or required to do so by law. We can refuse to provide or stop providing all or part of the Service to you immediately if you violate these Terms of Use or our policies or where we are permitted or required to do so by law. When you request to delete your account, the deletion process will automatically begin no more than 30 days after your request.

Updating These Terms

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to access or use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms or wish to terminate your agreement to this contract, you can request to delete your account by sending an email to support@ovia.com and no longer accessing or using any part of the OVIA Service.
